Porthleven
After looking at numerous locations in Devon & Cornwall we identified Porthleven as the location with the greatest potential for a successful holiday business with capital growth in property investment. The harbour is unique and very attractive having remained untouched by the lower budget holiday development that occurred in the South West in the 70‘s & 80’s. The last ten years have seen it develop as an up-market destination with many of the properties being restored to a
high standard and quality restaurants opening up beside the harbour.

Prices have risen over the last 5 years but still look reasonable compared with many
other locations, particularly for those properties in really good sea view positions
which are not yet commanding the premium they deserve.
