customers who are prepared to pay a premium for it. The properties
are ‘all inclusive’, with great views, comprehensive equipment
and full TV, satellite & electronic entertainment packages. The
beach, rock pools, harbour, pubs, shops & restaurants are a short
stroll away. The business model has proved to be very successful with
an average of 35-40 weeks per property let last year.
Properties are managed
to maximise tax efficiency & exemptions and have provided substantial
tax rebates for the owners. This is under constant review taking
account of changes in tax legislation, inland revenue guidance and
test cases.
